PT ARKURB ASIA GROUP ("Arkurb", "we", "us") is a real estate development and investment company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its registered office in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. We develop and sell residential and mixed-use property in Bali, including the projects marketed under the names La Jolie, La Cascade and Garuda.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, enquire about a property, visit our website, interact with our advertising, or communicate with us on WhatsApp, and how we use, share and protect it. It applies to prospective buyers, buyers, partners, agents and visitors.
We act as the data controller for the personal data described here. Our processing complies with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) and, where it applies to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, with the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent laws.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to communicate with you from an official business account. When you message us on WhatsApp, or when you consent to receive WhatsApp messages from us, the following applies.

Once you opt out, we will not include you in any further marketing. We may still contact you about an ongoing reservation or purchase, or to respond to a request you make.
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Google tags, to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner.
We may send certain events to Meta and Google through their server-side conversion tools, for example that an enquiry became a viewing or a reservation. Before sending, we hash contact details such as your email or phone number so that the platforms receive a matching key, not your readable details, and we do not share the content of your conversations. This helps the platforms show our advertisements to people more likely to be genuinely interested, and lets us measure what we spend. You can object to this at any time (section 9).
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows.
We are based in Indonesia. Our service providers may store or process data in Singapore, the United States, the European Union or other countries. Where we transfer data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the provider's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and we take steps to make sure your data remains protected. Transfers from Indonesia are made in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

We protect your data with access controls based on role, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs of who accessed or changed records, and secure hosting. Our sales team can only see the enquiries assigned to them. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when it last changed. If the change is significant, we will inform you through the channel you use with us.
